We are looking for an Office Administrator to control our busy office in St. David’s Street. Remuneration package is negotiable and dependent on candidate. Successful applicant will undertake key performance administrative tasks, supporting the team of qualified advisers and dealing as front of house with clients. Communication skills and diligence are characteristics essential when liaising with the advisory team and carrying out specific tasks to achieve the desired outcome for clients. The ideal candidate will be confident and competent in prioritizing working with little supervision.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities and operations in accordance with company policies and compliance.
Manage diaries and client appointments
Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Maintain strict client confidentiality
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
Proven experience as an office administrator with a background in Financial Services preferable
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
